SAVILLS has made three appointments to its Brisbane office leasing team.
John McDonald, James Seymour and Billy Miller, were previously with Ray White Commercial – asset leasing.
Savills QLD managing director Paul McLean said the appointments will significantly increase the agency’s presence in the Brisbane CBD, particularly with the institutional owners and major office occupiers.
The Brisbane team now has nine experienced operators servicing this important market sector.
McDonald has more than 25 years’ experience, having previously been a director with Jones Lang LaSalle and the director of Ray White Commercial – asset leasing.
Seymour has been working in the office market for the past 10 years and has represented many of Brisbane’s institutional clients and brokered a number of large leasing transactions for major blue-chip occupiers.
Miller has spent the last two years as part of this same team, and has successfully concluding a range of significant leasing transactions in the CBD and fringe. He also represented the Australian in water polo at the London Olympics.
