JONES Lang LaSalle has appointed David Bowden as the new managing director of JLL in Victoria.
Bowden will take over from Andrew Wood, who has held the position for six years.
Bowden is an international director of the firm, having spent 32 years with the agency, holding various executive positions including managing director for Victoria and national head of office leasing for Australia.
He is currently a senior director of project leasing in Melbourne and will retain that role in addition to his new responsibilities.
JLL Australia CEO Stephen Conry paid tribute to Wood.
“Andrew has done an impressive job as managing director and I thank him for his distinguished service in growing our business in Victoria over the past six years. It has been a pleasure working with him in that capacity.
“I congratulate David Bowden on his appointment and with all 40 directors in our Victorian business I look forward to working with him in his important new role as we continue to grow our service offerings in Victoria and Australia,” Conry said.
