SAVILLS Australia has promoted Michael Di Carlo to head its Victorian retail team following the strong performance of the division.
Di Carlo has been with Savills for five years and recently negotiated one of the most significant retail deals of the year in Melbourne’s CBD, securing one of the world’s largest retailers, Japanese retailer Daiso to a 10-year lease at Riverview House on Flinders St.
He has also negotiated other high profile deals including Aquila, Hoss, Paul Smith, and Steve Madden.
Savills‘ Victorian managing director Dominic Long said Di Carlo had impressed with his professionalism and in particular his tireless work ethic, ability to generate revenue, client relationship management, and promotion of Savills’ brand both in Victoria and nationally
“Michael’s achievements have come as a result of a considerable personal-time investment that have delivered outstanding results for both he and Savills. It is with great satisfaction that I announce his promotion,” Long said.
