SAVILLS has launched a new boutique service in New South Wales, residential site sales, which will be headed by Stuart Cox.
Cox will work in conjunction with the newly appointed Alex Adams, who recently joined the agency from Crown International Holdings Group where he was head of national acquisitions.
Prior to that, he worked at Meriton Apartments for 10 years.
“Vacancy levels in the residential market are at an all time low across the Sydney Metropolitan area and it is clearly evident that buyers, whether local or off-shore, are particularly active in seeking to secure potential sites and properties to make way for residential developments,” Divisional director Stuart Cox said. “We are delighted to have Alex on board, his broad spectrum of experience and knowledge will, I have no doubt, complement the team.”
