SAVILLS has expanded its Western Australia industrial team with the appointment of Neil Starkie, formerly of Savills in the United Kingdom.
Neil joins Savills WA from Birmingham in the UK, where he was the head of Savills industrial.
He has moved to Perth with his family and will hold the position of associate director – industrial sales & leasing. He brings over 24 years of experience in the UK and has worked with ProLogis and Coca Cola.
“Neil will have an initial focus on servicing Perth’s northern industrial areasas well as continuing to service his well-established global industrial client relationships,” Savills WA divisional director James Condon said.
