CBRE has expanded its NSW valuations and advisory services by recruiting four valuers.
Andrew Pannifex, Martin Fidden, Kenny Duncanson and Chris Paul from Savills NSW, will shortly join CBRE with a respective focus on retail, Sydney CBD, North Sydney and corporate/ACT valuation work.
CBRE Australia and NZ president Tom Southern said all four valuers were highly experienced and were regarded by clients as among the leading valuation professionals in NSW.
“Their recruitment is a strategic move aimed at reinforcing and strengthening our NSW valuations & advisory service offering, under the leadership of Michael Pisano,” he added.
The recruitment follows a recent restructure of CBRE’s NSW valuation & advisory services business line under which Michael Pisano assumed the state leadership role and Steven Kearney transitioned to CBRE’s capital markets team in the institutional investments division as a senior director.
