SAVILLS Project Management has promoted divisional director Chris Adam in Melbourne to the position of general manager for Victoria.
Adam has provided specialist project management services for numerous large projects totalling more than $1 billion, and involving major corporate clients such as Dexus Property Group, Grocon, NAB, IBM, and Stockland as well as government departments including Human Services and Education.
Savills Project Management managing director Phill Andrew said the promotion was a credit to his ability, quality of service to clients and contribution to the successful growth of the business.
“Chris is a highly motivated professional who combines a broad spectrum of experience with impressive academic credentials. He has a strong practical and theoretical knowledge base with a unique ability to understand his client’s underlying strategic and organizational imperatives,” Andrew said.
Adam, who is a sessional lecturer at Victoria University, has a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Project Management and a Diploma of Building Design and Drafting.
