PHILEO Australia has denied that it has purchased the 615 St Kilda Rd office building.
Earlier this week, it was reported that Phileo was the buyer of 615 St Kilda Rd from BlackRock Property Trust for $29.5 million.
After Phileo initially declined to comment, a consultant yesterday said the company was not the buyer of the office building.
