TRAFALGAR Corporate Group has announced the resignation of its chairman John Green.
Green has been a director within the group since October 2009 and chairman since May 2012 and is resigning in light of progress made with respect to the asset realisation strategy.
As a replacement, the board has appointed David van Aanholt as an independent director, who will also assume the role of chairman.
He has over 25 years of experience in the property and funds management industry, including as a past CEO (Asia Pacific) for the Goodman Group. He has a current independent director for the Kennards Self Storage Group as well as an independent director for the 360 Capital Property Group.
