COLLIERS International has appointed Dennis Morgan as director of valuation in Queensland, primarily specialising in the residential development sector.
Morgan has joined Colliers from CBRE, where he has worked for the past 11 years.
He has more than 30 years in the valuation and banking industries and prior to working with CBRE, he was at Egan National Valuers and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
He is a regular presenter at UDIA educational courses and is a registered valuer in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.
Colliers said whilst his primary focus will be on the residential development sector, he will also continue to work in the retirement sector along with the healthcare and retirement living team.
