SPECIALIST management consultancy, Thinc, has made three senior appointments.
The firm has appointed Paul Byrne as national director for infrastructure. He brings landmark, international aviation and rail sector experience, having previously worked for the Hong Kong Airport Authority and led consultancy Louis Berger Group’s infrastructure subsidiary. He has also worked on some of the world’s most iconic projects, including the rebuilding of the World Trade Centre in New York. He will be based in Brisbane.
Cris Johansen joins the firm as project director in Victoria. He brings in excess of 30 years’ of experience in the construction industry and has led significant commercial developments across Australia and overseas, including the $20 billion Nakheel Harbour and Tower in Dubai and the $400 million Freshwater Place development in Victoria.
Charles McKenzie has been appointed as project director in South Australia, focusing on the resources and energy sectors. He joins from Clarke Energy and has previously held a variety of executive management, project and operating roles for Origin Energy, BHP Billiton, Logicamms and Siemens Power Generation.
