SAVILLS Australia has further strengthened its Victorian office leasing team with the appointment of Mark Rasmussen as divisional director.
Rasmussen has been in the property industry for 25 years and was previously at Knight Frank, where he established an enviable track record of successful leasing campaigns and strategies for major CBD and Docklands projects, along with an extensive contact network across all facets of the market.
Savills Australia Victorian managing director Dominic Long said the appointment continued Savills strategy of growing the business organically whilst at the same time acknowledging the value of the contribution that established industry leaders could make.
