MIRVAC Group has appointed Macquarie Capital's global head private capital markets Brett Robson to head up its office club.
The office club, Mirvac Capital Partnerships 1, is part of CEO Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz’s strategy to find third party capital partners for its office developments following the successful tie up with with Keppel REIT on the Treasury Building in Perth and 8 Chifley Square Sydney.
Mirvac is also consider establishing a residential club.
The club will consist between two to five investors.
Robson is an executive director and the global head private capital markets at Macquarie Bank. Prior to Macquarie, he spent 12 years at Lend Lease in a variety of roles including as the fund manager for Lend Lease Australian Prime Property Funds.
