COLLIERS International has expanded its residential development sites team in New South Wales with the appointment of Troy Bryant as national director.
Colliers residential managing director Peter Chittenden welcomed Bryant back to the agency after eight years with Stockland where he was the national business development and trading manager for commercial property.
Prior to joining Stockland, he was Colliers’ state director of the NSW residential team.
“With more than 24 years direct property experience with 16 in agency brokerage, specialising in development sites and projects. Troy is highly regarded and experienced, with great exposure to national markets, which will make him a valuable addition to the development sites team.
“We are very pleased to welcome Troy to the team and look forward to seeing the further growth of this division of Colliers International as a result,” Chittenden said.
