COLLIERS International has made two appointments to its retail valuation team in New South Wales.
Jeffrey Squire has been appointed associate director and Lillian Nohra as assistant valuer based in the Sydney CBD.
Colliers’ director of retail valuations David McLennan said the appointments were central to the ongoing growth and development of NSW’s leading retail valuations team.
“Jeffrey brings a depth of experience and expertise to his new role with Colliers International, having returned to Australia recently after five years working with Knight Frank in Paris where he headed an international client team.
“Nohra joined Colliers International from Lend Lease, where she had worked as a sales analyst and fund assistant since 2009.Prior to working at Lend Lease, she worked for Brookfield Multiplex,” he said.
“Lillian is highly skilled in collating analytical data and producing retail market commentary. She joins our growing retail valuations team in NSW and will be a vital part of providing our clients with unparalleled service,” McLennan concluded.
