CBRE has recruited experienced urban planning advisor Tom Goode to its town planning platform.
CBRE Town Planning is a national practice headed by Mark Grayson.
Goode has joined as a director, based in North Sydney. He has more than 15 years of planning experience including roles as an associate director at Urbis from 2009 to 2012 and a principal and planning discipline leader at HASSELL from 2004 to 2009.
Grayson said Goode has strategic planning and advisory skills with a strong land use background to assist in the achievement of planning and development outcomes for a diverse range of private and public sector clients, across a range of development sectors.
Goode is a member of both the UDIA’s Urban Renewal Policy Standing Committee and the Planning Institute of Australia’s Consulting Planners Committee.
