WESTERN Australia-based builder Hutchinson Builders has turned 100 years old.
Established in 1912, the firm is one of Australia’s oldest and largest privately-owned building and construction companies and is on track to achieve a record turnover of $1.2 billion in its centenary year.
Hutchinson Builders chairman Scott Hutchinson said the company has a total workforce of 70 in WA, including 60 employees in the Pilbara region.
The construction company also a network of offices located throughout Australia that reaches from Cairns to Hobart, the Bowen Basin to the Pilbara and Sydney to Perth.
