ASPEN Group has completed the Australian Taxation Office headquarters in Adelaide.
The building provides approximately 37,000 sqm of net lettable area and is owned by the 12-26 Franklin St Property Trust, which is jointly owned by Aspen and Telstra Super.
The ATO has already moved in.
