COLLIERS International has appointed three experts to its corporate solutions team.
The latest recruits will increase the number of people in the team by 30% in the past 12 months.
Head of corporate solutions Doug Henry has announced the appointment of Simon Hill to national director, Michaela Dunworth to the position of national director and Andy Richards to the role of projects director.
Henry said the development and expansion of this business is in direct response to the increased demand the agency has been experiencing from corporate clients.
Hill will join Colliers after nine years with Savills, where he provided transaction management services and developed new corporate real estate clients for business lines across the Asia region. He is also a qualified valuer and chartered surveyor and has worked in a number of key Asian market cities including Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul, Shanghai, Sydney, Melbourne, Taipei and Bangalore.
Dunworth has more than a decade’s leadership experience, holding senior marketing and business development positions at Built, Haworth and Space Furniture and Poliform.
Richards has almost 20 years’ experience and has worked on industrial projects, refurbishments and base building upgrades for companies including Crowe Horwath, Pfizer, Lynas, General Electric and Shangri La.
