VILLA World Limited announced that non-executive director, Richard Anderson, has decided not to stand for re-election.
At the Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday October 25, Anderson will be seek to be re-elected.
VLW’s board thanked Anderson for his contribution over the past 10 years, including time as chairman from October 2006 through to November 2011.
