CUSHMAN & Wakefield, one the world's largest private real estate firm, is expanding its business in Melbourne with the appointment of two new directors.
Gordon Wyllie and Baird Mackie have been appointed director – occupier services.
Cushman & Wakefield Australia managing director David Woolford said the appointments come at a critical time for clients.

With Cushman & Wakefield, Wyllie has worked with high profile clients including AMP, Charter Hall, Challenger, FKP, GE and ISPT.
Gordon started his career as a recruitment consultant in Edinburgh for ASA International before moving to Australia in 2003 to commence his property career with Savills in its Melbourne CBD office leasing team.
Over the past nine years, he has been responsible for coordinating campaigns for a raft of major leasing appointments in Melbourne CBD including 90 Collins St, 150 Queen St, 570 Bourke St and 470 Collins St, to name a few. In 2011 he was the top fee earner in the Savills leasing team.
His prominent transactions include Jetstar (3,400 sqm), Regal Parking (3,000 sqm), Open Universities (2,050 sqm), Defence Force Credit Union (1,900 sqm), Civic Aviation Safety Authority (1,700 sqm) and Peoplebank (1,000 sqm).
Mackie started with GVA Grimley in London in 2001 before relocating to Melbourne with GVA in 2004 to focus on tenant advisory services with clients including Coca Cola-Amatil and AGL.
He has represented many high profile clients including Dexus, Macquarie, Charter Hall, Challenger, Orchard, Stockland and GPT, with prominent transactions including Oracle (5,000 sqm), Glaxo Smith Kline (4,500 sqm), Red Cross (3,500 sqm), Kodak (2,000 sqm), Thiess (1,800 sqm) and IBM (1,200 sqm).
