ALCEON Group has opened an office in Queensland following an agreement to establish a partnership with Harvest Property, headquartered in Brisbane.
Alceon is a specialist advisory company with offices in Sydney and Melbourne.
Harvest’s joint venture with Alceon has raised $25 million to establish the Residential Parks Trust and acquire the Parklea Gardens and Nepean Shores manufactured home parks.
“We are delighted to be able to expand our physical presence in the QLD market with a team of this calibre,” Alceon Group’s managing director Trevor Loewensohn said. “We have had longstanding personal relationships with the Harvest team and have completed a number of successful transactions with them already, so for us it is a perfect fit.”
