SAVILLS Australia has appointed Simon van Grootel as divisional director to its office leasing team in Sydney.
He joins Savills after having five years at CBRE where he was responsible for commercial and industrial leasing, investment and vacant possession sales for institutional and private owners.
Savills’ national head of office leasing Rob Dickins said van Grootel brings with him a wealth of experience.
“His focus will centre on major CBD and North Shore/North Ryde appointments together with mid to large brokerage opportunities,” van Grootel concluded.
