CANADA'S Brookfield Asset Management is moving to compulsorily acquire all of the stapled securities in Thakral Holdings.
Brookfield has secured 90% of Thakral securities on issue after it raised its offer price to 81 cents per security in August, lifting its takeover bid from $410 million to $475 million.
