UNITHOLDERS in the unlisted Cromwell Property Fund has voted overwhelmingly in favour of the merger with Cromwell Property Group.
The fund has a portfolio of five properties valued at $1.682 billion.
The transaction would also effectively eliminate Cromwell’s existing $24 million loans to the fund.
As at 31 December 2011, Cromwell had net assets of approximately $762 million.
