KNIGHT Frank has appointed Edmond Cheng as the NSW general manager for Asian residential sales and investments in Sydney.
With over 23 years’ experience in off plan project marketing, Cheng has been responsible for selling in excess of 1,000 apartments throughout metropolitan Sydney in high profile developments such as The Forum St Leonards, Pinnacle Apartment Milsons Point, Port Jackson Tower Milsons Point, Wondakiah at Waverton, The Harvard North Sydney and 299 Castlereagh St, just to name a few.
“Edmond’s new appointment complements our rapidly growing project marketing business in Sydney and represents another important step in capturing increased market share of offshore investors in the Australian market,” Knight Frank project marketing managing director Andrew Drury said.
