CBRE has strengthened its global research and consulting team by appointing three professionals in Sydney and Melbourne.
Tammy Smith and Luke Dixon have joined as senior research analysts based in Sydney and Melbourne respectively. And Ravi Muthiah joins the firm’s Sydney office as a manager for forecasting and portfolio analytics.
“We continue to investing significantly in our research platform across the Pacific region and integrating the activities of our analytical teams around the world,” CBRE Australian head of research Stephen McNabb said.
Prior to joining CBRE, Dixon worked for Davis Langdon, as a senior research analyst specialising in property and construction sentiment analysis.
Muthiah brings considerable pricing and financial analytics experience to his role having worked for three of the four major Australian banks.
Smith was most recently as manager, marketing and research at Preston Rowe Paterson, having also worked within the research teams at Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle.
