AUSTOCK Group shareholders have voted in favour of selling the property funds management business to Folkestone.
Shareholders have voted to the sale of the Austock Property Funds Management to Folkestone was passed and that the date for Completion of the sale has been extended to 28th September 2012.
The extension will enable ongoing consultation with key stakeholders in Austock’s funds management business.
