CBRE has beefed up its valuation and advisory services business in New South Wales with two new appointments.
Simone Caralis has been appointed as a director of valuations and advisory services based in the firm’s North Sydney office and Tony Mangioni as associate director in the South Sydney office.
CBRE valuations and advisory services New South Wales director Steve Kearney said the appointment was part of the agency’s ongoing strategy to deliver a ‘best in class’ service level to clients.
“Simone and Tony are highly experienced and extremely well regarded in the market place,” he added.
Mangioni has extensive experience in all areas of residential, commercial, retail and industrial real estate throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area, CBD and Wollongong with the past two years spent working with the Commonwealth Bank as a risk consultant.
Caralis has over 16 years experience and has specialised in residential development advisory, consultancy and mortgage valuations.
