KNIGHT Frank has expanded its project management and building consultancy division into Queensland and appointed Dough Lawson to lead the business.
Lawson joins as director and will operate from the Brisbane office. He comes from Capital Insight, where he managed a range of high value construction projects and prior to that, he was a director of a multi-disciplinary consultancy offering for over 13 years.
Knight Frank’s national director John Preece said Lawson’s arrival marked a significant step in the growth of the division within Knight Frank, following the recent expansion into Victoria.
“Our experience in New South Wales and VIC is that clients appreciate the holistic service that can be provided by a truly integrated project management and building consultancy service offering, along with the various other real estate and asset management services provided by Knight Frank,” he concluded.
