KNIGHT Frank has launched a new Corporate Real Estate Services division and appointed Linda Zhu from DTZ, as associate director to head up the new business.
Zhu has spent the last four years with DTZ and prior to that she worked at Grant Samuel.
“Linda’s arrival marks the commencement of Knight Frank’s push into the Corporate Real Estate services market in Australia, a move that is consistent with Knight Frank’s global Five Year Plan and the Australian Three Year Plan,” Knight Frank’s national director John Preece said.
“Linda will work with the wider Knight Frank Global Corporate Services network throughout Asia, Europe and the US, in the development and implementation of real estate strategies for occupiers of commercial space.
“Linda will also assist in the development of business with Chinese and wider Asia Pacific clients, which is a target for our business,” he concluded.
