NATIONAL retail services company McKenzie Hall has appointed Jennifer Ellis as centre manager for the new Maroochydore Homemaker Centre on the Sunshine Coast.
Ellis has more than 15 years’ experience in the retail property management including senior asset manager roles with CBRE, FPDSavills-Byvan and Macquarie CountryWide Trust.
She was most recently CBRE asset services associate director.
Currently under construction and scheduled to open in November, the centre will be anchored by a flagship Harvey Norman for the Sunshine Coast along with Domayne, Joyce Mayne, Harvey Norman Big Buys and 16 other National Brand retail showrooms totalling in excess of 32,785 sqm.
The project will also feature 5,000 sqm of premium first floor commercial space, a Good Life gym, 900 undercover parking spaces and lift access.
