MADDOCKS has strengthened its property and development business with the appointment of Bettina Sheeran.
Sheeran is an expert in property law and a board member of the Victorian Division of the Urban Development Institute of Australia. She brings with her over 10 years of property law experience and has particular expertise in advising large institutional clients.
She joins Maddocks as special counsel, previously worked in-house at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she set up the firm’s real-estate legal team in Melbourne. Prior to that she was with Gadens Lawyers.
Maddocks’ infrastructure sector leader and partner Greg Campbell said as a UDIA board member, Sheeran has a deep understanding of the issues and challenges facing the property and development industries, which she is looking forward to bringing to her legal work at Maddocks.
