RESIDENTIAL developer Legacy Property has appointed Mark Maryska as senior development manager.
Maryska has had an 18-year career in the property development and construction industry and was most recently the general manager (NSW Developments) for Laing O’Rourke Australia.
In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of residential multi-unit projects.
Legacy Property director Matthew Hyder said the appointment reflected the strong growth of the firm.
“2012 has been a busy year for Legacy Property. Our focus is on well-located residential sites with inherent high-demand attributes. We are currently delivering more than 1,200 dwellings across Sydney.
“During his time at Laing O’Rourke, Mark was responsible for a development portfolio that was valued at $775 million at its peak. Prior to this, Mark spent many years at Multiplex Developments and Multiplex Constructions in construction and development roles,” Hyder concluded.
