CBRE has bolstered its office leasing team by appointing two new agents in Melbourne.
Mark Bolis will join as senior manager after 4.5 years in the Savills CBD leasing team and Adam Calleja has been appointed as a senior negotiator after eight years working in the commercial property sector in the UK and Canada.
“Mark and Adam are experienced leasing operators and their appointments fit with our strategy of establishing ourselves as the top leasing team in all markets across Victoria,” CBRE’s senior director of office services in Victoria Chas Keogh said.
“Mark has a strong background in the brokerage market and was involved in leasing over 27,000 sqm of office space in the Melbourne CBD during 2010 and 2011. Mark’s extensive client network will be invaluable in driving the success of our office services business. Adam has a similarly strong track record from his time in the UK and Canada and his role will be to strengthen our position in the brokerage market and build on our already extensive network of tenant and client contacts,” he concluded.
