CUSHMAN & Wakefield continues to rapidly grow in Australia with three new appointments.
Ryan Juhas joins as director, property management after stints with Stockland, where he managed commercial assets in portfolios valued in excess of $500 million, and Dexus, where he oversaw the redevelopment of Victoria Cross before managing the company’s Western Corridor assets in Sydney including 44 Market St, 383 Kent St, 45 Clarence St and 1 Margaret St.
Murray Lee has been appointed as director, office leasing. With over 25 years of experience, he recently leased upwards of 23,000 sqm at 151 Castlereagh St to Westpac, Telstra and the Department of Education, as well as being involved in the rolling refurbishment of 20,000 sqm in 50 Bridge St.
Nick Potter joins the team as associate director, valuation & consultancy. He has 10 years of experience in fund and asset management, property valuation, property development and property derivatives. Formerly of Knight Frank, he has worked with a broad range of institutional investors, the major banks and corporate clients, including high profile retail valuations for Westfield Bondi Junction, Westfield Miranda, Westfield Chatswood, Pacific Fair and Fountain Gate.
