HARCOURTS has appointed Rob Forde to the role of CEO in New South Wales following the decision by the current CEO, Sadhana Smiles to take up the position of CEO in Victoria.
Forde will be responsible for driving internal growth through the development of the group’s existing business by coaching and mentoring its business owners as well as recruiting new talent and offices within the state.
“Rob has enjoyed a highly successful real estate career to date and comes to Harcourts with an enviable reputation as one of the industry’s finest,” Harcourts Australasia head of real estate operations Bryan Thomson said.
“I’m confident that Rob’s involvement will lead to truly outstanding growth and success for the Harcourts group in NSW,” he added.
