INDEPENDENT property advisors m3property has strengthened its commercial and industrial valuations business in Melbourne.
The firm has appointed new director Gary Longden, to lead the commercial and industrial practices.
The announcement comes only one week after the company formally consolidated its national presence with the inclusion of offices in Perth and Adelaide to its network.
m3property CEO Grant Jackson Longden brings vast experience, both nationally and globally, to the company.
“He is joining the company at a time of growth and vibrancy, and we look forward to the experience and leadership, along with the personal attributes, he will bring to our business,” he added.
Longden joins from Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was head of valuations and advisory. His 30 years of industry experience includes providing valuation services on major portfolios for global and national publicly listed companies on a number of CBD commercial buildings and major industrial and infrastructure properties, as well as his renowned expertise in airports, port terminal and car parks.
