KNIGHT Frank has appointed three new managing directors, Richard Horne in New South Wales, James Templeton in Victoria and James Parry of capital transactions Australia.
Horne’s appointment is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen and grow the overall NSW business. With over 20 years’ experience, he was initially a valuer but has focused on agency and particular investments over the last 15 years in Australia and New Zealand.
Templeton has more than 20 years’ experience specialising primarily in the industrial sector. He recently won the Dexus award for Best Industrial Agent.
Parry also has 20 years’ experience. In his new role, he will lead and facilitate the national capital transactions team.
