CBRE has recruited Clinton Ramm as a manager in its Mulgrave metropolitan sales and leasing team.
CBRE director metropolitan investment properties Justin Clarkson said the appointment was highly significant given Ramm’s 20 years of industry experience, most recently at Knight Frank.
Ramm’s real estate career commenced in the early 1990’s and for the past seven years, he worked in Adelaide commercial property market.
He has been responsible numerous marketing campaigns and negotiated successful results for receivers including Ferrier Hodgson, McGrath Nicol, Equiti Trust and BDO. He has also raised investment funds for unlisted property fund managers GDI Property Group and Armada Funds Management.
Ramm was also an important contributor to the ongoing management and success of Adelaide Airport’s Export Park over a seven year period.
“Clinton will complement our team and will be working alongside Scott Orchard in our Mulgrave office. Our team is split among two offices being South Yarra and Mulgrave which provides us with the geographic spread to cover the broad metropolitan market which Melbourne encompasses,” Clarkson said.
