INVESTA Office Fund has declared a distribution of 9.7 cents per unit for the half year ending 30 June 2012, which comprises an ordinary distribution of 7.8 cents and a special distribution of 1.9 cents.
The special distribution is a result of the trust selling all the US assets, and repatriating those proceeds and associated retained earnings.
IOF said this is a one-off so in the future, the level of distributions will continue to be determined by the distribution policy and no further special distributions are anticipated.
