SAVILLS has moved its Queensland head office to Central Plaza Two in the Brisbane CBD.
The new 1,433 sqm office on the second floor of Central Plaza Two will accommodate the agency’s entire QLD entire Brisbane-based staff of more than 120, which was previously housed across two CBD locations.
QLD managing director Matthew Buckley said there were several drivers behind the changes to the way the company’s new office is laid out.
“Over the past two years Savills has changed significantly, adding a large team in project management plus having a fast growing property management team. This now makes professional services more than 60% of our business.
“The way our professional services staff use their office space is completely different to the way our transaction teams use theirs, so it makes sense to build an office that fits both sets of requirements well. How we interact with clients has also changed so these areas of the office also had to be well thought out,” he added.
