PROPERTY consultants m3property has expanded into Perth and Adelaide, making it the largest independent advisory firm in Australia.
The offices were previously part of the Egan National Valuers Network
The addition of those offices will increase the company’s advisory team by around 40 people, taking the national team to over 120 people.
m3property CEO Grant Jackson said the national picture for m3property is now complete, after an agreement had been signed between partners.
“We are adding two existing, highly successful offices to our business, providing m3property with a genuine national presence. The move provides both depth of expertise and breadth of experience, on the ground in both cities.
“We have held an ambition for some time to find the right people to work with in Adelaide and Perth. We are extremely pleased to be welcoming the respective teams into the business,” he added.
The Adelaide team is headed by Kym Dreyer, and comprises 19 people, whilst the Perth office has 21 staff, led by Gavin Chapman.
The integration would officially take effect on 1 July.
