CBRE has bolstered its valuation and advisory services team in Canberra with the appointment of Christopher Fryer-Smith.
Fryer-Smith brings over 10 years of industry experience having previously worked for Propell National Valuers, as well as DTZ and Jones Lang LaSalle.
CBRE’s Canberra managing director Andrew Stewart said the appointment would enhance CBRE’s service offering in territory, particularly in the office and industrial sectors.
Fryer-Smith holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property and Marketing) and is an associate member (Certified Practising Valuer) of the Australian Property Institute.
He will be based within the firm’s Canberra office on Northbourne Avenue.
