GOODMAN Group has appointed Rebecca McGrath has been appointed as an independent director.
McGrath is currently a non executive director of CSR Limited, Incitec Pivot Limited and Oz Minerals Limited. She was recently CFO of BP Australasia.
McGrath holds a Bachelors Degree of Town Planning, a Masters of Applied Science (Project Management) and is a graduate of the Cambridge University Business and Environment Program.
“The board welcomes Rebecca’s appointment and considers that with her significant operational experience in an international context and exposure to a diverse range of sectors that she will make a valuable contribution to the board,” Goodman’s chairman Ian Ferrier said.
