SAVILLS has appointed Bill Ross to head up its new national insolvency division.
Roll has over 25 years of experience and most recently was director of Savills special projects team.
In his new role, he will focus on delivering a coordinated national approach to Savills specialist property services to receivers and managers and banks.
Savills Australia CEO Paul McLean said the new business reflects the market needs of receivers & managers, which now predominately operate as national units.
“We believe there are new business opportunities to be capitalised on by further strengthening our national focus and capabilities in this field,” he added.
