CHESTERTON International has appointed Michael Lochtenberg as director of commercial Leasing at its Sydney office.
Lochtenberg will head up a team of five leasing agents. He brings over 23 years of experience, having worked as the state director of sales and leasing with Jones Lang LaSalle. He was also with Australand and Investa Property Group.
Most recently he ran his own development business Lorcan Developments specialising in commercial and residential developments in Sydney and Melbourne.
Prior to this he was a Director at Alba Capital and was responsible for chairing the delivery of the lease procurement strategy for 121 Marcus Clarke St Canberra.

He has an exceptional background in commercial property and depth of knowledge in the leasing sector,” managing director Andrew Hunter said.
