SAVILLS has appointed commercial property researcher Glenn Lampard to the role of divisional director of research in Victoria.
Lampard has approximately 20 years of experienced, having worked as head of research for several of the large agencies including a stint at FPD Savills early in his career.
He also has spent five years in property finance at ANZ Bank and has been a guest lecturer at both the University of Melbourne and Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in undergraduate and postgraduate property subjects.
Lampard will take over as head of research allowing industry veteran Tony Crabb to focus on his role as Savills’ national head of research.
“I’m delighted to announce Glenn’s appointment. This is a real coup for Savills’ Victorian office as Glenn brings to Savills’ a wealth of industry experience and knowledge which will prove invaluable to both our staff and our clients.
“It’s always good to recruit staff who can hit the ground running and, with more than a decade under his belt as the head of research of rival firms in Melbourne, there’s few people with better commercial property research credentials in Victoria,” Crabb said.
