SAVILLS has recruited Graham Livingstone as divisional director of its project management Queensland team.
Livingstone comes from Grosvenor Australia, where he led the national development team and has successfully managed and delivered numerous large scale multi-sector developments.
He was recently the development director for the highly successful 400 George St, a $400 million, 34-level, 43,000 sqm, 5-star Green Star office tower, developed under a joint venture ownership structure with Leighton Properties.
“Graham has been in the property industry in Brisbane for over 10 years and is well known for his great people management skills and success in large projects. He is a perfect fit,” Savills project management QLD general manager Gary Finnegan said.
“The appointment of Graham will build on our portfolio of major projects in the $100m+ category that Savills project management are currently undertaking such as Daisho’s 174 Ann St, Grocon’s 55 Elizabeth St and AMP’s Coronation Drive Office Park,” he concluded.
