KNIGHT Frank has launched a new residential project marketing business in New South Wales.
Andrew Drury, Noel Lucas-Martinez and Craig Moore have been appointed as joint managing directors of the new business.
Drury and Moore were previously with CBRE and Drury has set up a similar division at Winten Property Group whilst Moore has worked at Stockland and Multiplex.
Lucas-Martinez comes from Colliers Residential Project Marketing division and prior to that he was with McGrath and Sterling Estates, and also established and ran his own agency.
Knight Frank Australia executive chairman Stephen Ellis said the new team complements the agency’s already strong project marketing businesses in other capitals, and represent another important step in the implementation of a three year plan.
